Christelle Menaga
Inclusive Education Teacher
With our 10 years of experience in the Special Education field, Christelle’s firm belief that every child is unique and possesses his/her own special abilities has been the sole reason for her passion to burn strong in wanting to make a difference in every child’s life. She holds a Degree in Psychology, a Diploma in Autism Studies and a certificate in Therapeutic Play, being a practitioner for about three years prior to joining the Middleton family. She is a firm believer that learning is most fruitful when it is child-centered and that the concept of play has an integral role in every child’s development. As such, most of her learning activities are play based.
In inclusive education, she ensures every child is given equal learning opportunities and that learning is scaffolded to allow them to perform to their maximum potential. She provides in-class support for academics as well as pull-out sessions that focus on specific areas of needs that require intensive support. Christelle enjoys volunteer work with stray and abused animals, cooking and sports in her leisure time.
