Lucy is an experienced teacher and leader, joining the MIS community in 2021. Originally from the UK Lucy has worked in schools in London, Singapore and Copenhagen. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, PGCE, PGCSPE and is currently undertaking postgraduate studies with the University of East London and the European Institute of Child Education and Psychology.

Lucy strongly believes that positive relationships are the foundation of quality learning and is an advocate of personalised learning and creating opportunities for learner agency. She is dedicated to creating a learning environment where every child can achieve their potential.

Lucy is fond of travelling and the opportunity this gives her to experience new cultures and cuisines. She enjoys taking bike rides and walks in Singapore’s wonderful parks with her 3 young children.
