Shawn has been part of Middleton International School since 2018 and provides strategic leadership across its administration and operations, including facilities, procurement, transport, compliance, health and safety, and school-wide planning. He is committed to ensuring that the systems and environment beyond the classroom support students, staff and families to thrive.

A strong believer in the importance of both people and systems, Shawn is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming and well-connected school community. Alongside Middleton, he contributes to wider EtonHouse International Education Group initiatives, including new international school projects. He enjoys bringing people together, solving practical challenges and continually finding better ways to make school life work well for everyone.
