Aurélien Monney
French Teacher
Aurélien is a French teacher with experience teaching across the UK and Sweden, including roles in secondary schools and international settings. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (French) from the University of Glasgow, a Master’s degree in French as a Foreign Language from the University of Lille, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages (English/Swedish).
Aurélien’s teaching is rooted in a belief that education can positively shape young people’s lives. He specialises in using playful, structured activities to raise attainment, develop speaking confidence, and bring French culture to life in the classroom.
He is recognised for strong classroom relationships, a calm and caring learning environment, and a collaborative mindset.
Outside of school, Aurélien enjoys playing football in a local club, going to the cinema, and reading philosophy.
