Adeline is a strong believer in using motivation and encouragement to cultivate happy and confident children in their early years, allowing individuals to bloom at their own pace.

Adeline holds Diplomas in both Teaching and Leadership. She has had many years of teaching experience in local preschools and a bilingual Japanese-English preschool. These included offering various curriculums, ranging from Project Approach, and Thematic Approach to Systematic Instruction (literacy and numeracy programmes) that equip children with a formal education.

In her free time, Adeline enjoys; running, trekking, zumba dance workouts and reading.
