Rashmeen is a dedicated and efficient educator who is deeply passionate about teaching and firmly believes in student-centered learning. She emphasises holistic development and strives to instil a genuine love for learning in her students. Rashmeen also holds a Master of Education from the National Institute of Education (NIE), Singapore.

With over two decades of teaching experience in India and Singapore, she has worked with a range of curricula, bringing valuable expertise and adaptability to her practice. She strongly believes that a differentiated classroom not only addresses diverse learning needs but also creates opportunities for students to learn from one another. Upholding Middleton’s values of respect, responsibility, and collaboration, she encourages her students to embody these qualities in their academic and personal growth.

Beyond teaching, she has a passion for music, painting, and traveling, often integrating her creative and cultural experiences into her classroom to enrich student learning. She believes the world is a great teacher, and one learns from various cultures through music and history.
