With over two decades of teaching experience, including more than twelve years in international schools, Renu is a passionate and dedicated educator committed to fostering curiosity, confidence, and holistic development in her students. She holds a Bachelor of Education, a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) and a Master of Commerce, and brings a wealth of expertise in curriculum development, student engagement, and personalized learning.

Renu’s teaching philosophy centres on creating an inclusive, respectful, and stimulating classroom environment where every learner feels valued. She designs lessons that connect with real-world contexts, encourages critical thinking, and inspires students to take ownership of their learning journeys. Known for her perseverance and empathetic approach, she believes in partnering with parents and colleagues to support the all-round development of children.

Outside the classroom, Renu enjoys staying active and was a national-level athlete in 400m and 800m track events. She continues to channel that discipline and determination into her teaching, helping students build resilience and confidence both inside and outside the classroom.
